Anthony Parker
If his famous tag line, "There be Monsters Here!" is any indication, Anthony is a life long fan of comic books, super hero cartoons, Japanese monster movies, Sci-Fi, fantasy and of course, the old school Horror. He is also a fan of history and nature documentaries as well as pale-ontological art. He distills his influences into his own artwork, particularly in the depiction of monsters. Anthony has previously attended both The Memphis College of Art and The Savannah College of Art and Design as an Illustration Major. It was in art school that Anthony gained an expanded knowledge and appreciation of ‘Fine and Graphic Commercial Art’ which added to his sphere of influences which include: Michelangelo, Boris Vallejo, Frank Frazetta, Jack Kirby, John Byrne, George Parez, J. Allen St. John, Michael Whelan, Neal Adams, Dale Keown, Alex Ross, Brom, and many others.
Currently, Anthony has been co-creating characters with Alpha-Omega Comics Inc. since October of 2006.
